Kooch provides an online platform to discover information and connect with independent professionals (e.g., immigration or legal specialists). We do not provide legal advice ourselves. Any professional services are delivered by the independent professional you select, under their own terms.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User content & conduct

You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant Kooch a non‑exclusive licence to host and display content solely to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Do not misuse the service (e.g., reverse‑engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access).

5. Payments

If payments are enabled, they may be processed by third‑party providers under their own terms. Fees, if any, will be shown before purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kooch disclaims all warranties. Kooch is not responsible for advice or outcomes provided by independent professionals engaged through the platform.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kooch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits. In any case, Kooch’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of €50 or the amount you paid to Kooch in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., email or in‑product notice).
