Meet the Founder: Nazanin Mirsharifi
Kooch was created by Nazanin Mirsharifi, an immigrant who has lived in several countries and understands the emotional and practical challenges of starting a new life from scratch.
Kooch began as a podcast sharing honest stories about moving abroad، from cultural surprises to the search for real connection. As the audience grew, it became clear that people needed more than information. They needed community.
This inspired the evolution of Kooch into real experiences: cultural dinners, social gatherings, and events that help people integrate, meet others, and feel at home.
Today, Kooch is all about bringing people together, creating meaningful friendships, and making the integration journey a little warmer, easier, and a lot more human.
